This place is so authentic and Pascale and Toto are amazing people. Such generous, welcoming hosts and they speak perfect English as well as French, Italian and even a little German- wow! Lovely pool, lawn and courtyards, not to mention stunning views. Definitely recommend!

Tucked away on the side of Mt Kronio above Sciacca, this rustic complex of villas is an idyllic base from which to explore the surrounding area (e.g. Sciacca itself, Selinunte, Agrigento). The villas themselves have everything you would want, and we found them to be very comfortable and full of charm. All of this is set in beautiful gardens with stunning views, a relaxing environment that is exactly what you would hope the ideal holiday home would look like. But what really sets this place apart is the hosts, Salvatore and Pascale, both of whom were beyond gracious in making us feel welcome in their home. Whenever we saw our hosts they went out of their ways to ensure we were enjoying our holiday and had everything we needed. Can't recommend highly enough!

Verdetecnica is a great place to stay. 30 minutes to Selinunte, 45 minutes to the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. Great wineries within 30 minutes at Menfi and Sambuca di Sicilia, Mandarossa, Fuedo Arancio/Stemmari, and one of the best, Planeta. Really good restaurants in the town with loads of fresh seafood every day. Nice terrace garden with a huge view to the west towards Menfi, the coast and mountains. Pascale and Toto are excellent hosts. This is our 6th time here over the past 12 years and this time we were able to stay 3 months and drive all over the island.
