4-star hotel.. 4-star expectation!!!! But not even 2!!!! As soon as we arrived, the lady at the reception (I don't know if she was the owner) was sleeping on a sofa, and the first word she said to us was "documents," and the first sentence was "you must pay the balance," even though we had already PAID FOR EVERYTHING. Room: sad, with a fridge that leaks water and a safe that doesn't work. Air conditioner ok. Bathroom: clean, but not even a 2-star level... with missing tiles and mold. Breakfast: barely sufficient, but with Mulino Bianco cakes and nothing special. Only the lady who served breakfast is nice and courteous. Gym: sea view with 3 machines that don't work and a pile of computers and other things to throw away in the corner. Broken glass. Pool: seems clean, but I don't know if the water and chlorine are checked for hygiene. Old lounge chairs. Room balcony: I don't know how long it hasn't been cleaned. Parking: convenient. And to top it off, the receptionist told us while laughing to give a 10 out of 10 in the reviews..... NEVER AGAIN

The hotel is very clean, the staff is kind and helpful, and I found the rooms spacious and equipped with everything. I stayed in a room with a large terrace and a sea view. Emma at the reception was exceptionally courteous. Recommendation
