My experience at this hotel was truly terrible. From the moment we arrived, we encountered several problems. The rooms had a strong musty smell and were poorly maintained and unwelcoming. Additionally, there were ants in the bathroom, which is absolutely unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. The staff also proved to be rude and unhelpful, making the stay even more unpleasant. As for the beds, one in particular was in terrible condition: just sitting down caused you to sink into the mattress, making it impossible to rest comfortably. Overall, it was a very negative experience that I would not recommend to other guests. I expected significantly higher standards in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism.
