Jolly Aretusa Palace Hotel

How can this be a 4 star hotel Old stuffy smelling room 2 days of cold water- complained & reply was boiler was blocked hot water would be on 20 mins 2 days running 🤷‍♀️ no toiletries tissue box was empty Breakfast that was un edible cheap coffee , pastries that were off the shelf The only thing it had going for it was the car park And the STAFF.

Terrible don’t be fooled by the 4 star rating We had no hot water, room smelled of mould which is very dangerous to one’s health dinning room was set up like a canteen, breakfast and dinner was very poor quality food. I wouldn’t recommend staying there we paid €190 p/n. Scandalous definitely not 4 star rating

It is an old hotel and that (like all we have had in Sicily) does not correspond to a 4* in Spain. The room is old but the bed comfortable.It is very well located, both for going to Ortigia and for the archaeological area.There are many groups.
