UNRELIABLE PROPERTY! Horrible experience. A reservation made through booking well in advance was canceled the night before with the excuse of overbooking caused by the booking site. Obviously an excuse, given that the reservation had been made well in advance and the cancellation was only a few hours before our arrival. The booking site confirmed that the inconvenience was created by the property, leading us to have to look for another accommodation during the busiest week of August (08/10/2026) and at night. Surely a more convenient reservation arrived at the property for the same date, and this demonstrates the total UNRELIABILITY of the property and the lack of professionalism.

Uncomfortable and messy! Bathroom without toilet paper, bedroom door to lift otherwise bumped on the floor, breakfast with rubber croissants!

Thus place is a hidden gem - top location, spacious, nicely decorated 🍋, close to shops and restaurants, really beautiful view from the front-side balcony. There is also a small garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee ☕. The hosts are very nice people - so friendly and willing to help with everything they can, no matter what time it is. Thank you Nuria and Marco for the attention and kind assistance during our stay. We had a great time in Agrigento 🧡. Writing this review brings back so beautiful memories. Hope to visit you again one day 🌞
