We had a magnificent stay at this hotel. The staff are so friendly, professional and nothing is a bother. The food and bars are amazing, the pools and the private beach are beautiful. We can’t fault this place at all. Make sure you eat at Casa Massaro at this hotel, the food of unbelievable! We done do all the staff, especially Santo at the bar and Maria at the concierge desk, they went all out for us and made us feel so special. Thank you.

I was at this hotel for a week in July with a group of friends and we had a great time, everything is perfect: beautiful and clean rooms, kind and helpful staff, excellent food. We will definitely return

We stayed for 10 nights at the Unahotels Naxos Beach Sicilia during the month of June. The establishment contributed significantly to the success of our stay. However, several elements remain improvable. We were perfectly welcomed upon our arrival. The explanations were clear and educational. In addition, some receptionists speak French, which facilitated communication throughout the stay. The receptionists are very pleasant and always responded relevantly to our requests. The hotel is well located on the east coast of Sicily, near the beautiful city of Taormina. Several souvenir shops and a few mini-markets are easily accessible on foot. Furthermore, the hotel offers an interesting catalog of excursions with its partners, facilitating the organization of transportation. The establishment has a very beautiful beach on the Ionian Sea. Water shoes are highly recommended to enjoy it without discomfort. It is advisable to reserve your spot to be sure to have a beach umbrella and two lounge chairs. Some spots are, fortunately, free of charge. The hotel has two swimming pools, including an Olympic-sized one. The setting offered by the latter with the bleachers and its lounge chairs is particularly pleasant. We were able to enjoy it fully and always found a spot. Our room, located on the ground floor of one of the small houses set apart from the main building, was modern and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the walk-in shower, the air conditioning, and the small refrigerator. We had two single beds instead of a double bed, which is always regrettable. It is also a shame that the shutters and curtains are not enough to create complete blackout of the outside light. Unfortunately, one of the main issues encountered during our stay concerns the lack of quiet in the morning. Our room was constantly and strongly exposed to noises related to the maintenance of the grounds (leaf blowers and other lawnmowers), sometimes almost in front of our door. We readily acknowledge that the park around the hotel is wonderfully well-maintained, hosting a beautiful diversity of colors and species. However, it seems that this state of affairs is achieved at the expense of the sleep quality of some travelers. It was simply not possible to enjoy sleeping in. Furthermore, certain activities, such as cleaning up leaves, seemed, in our opinion, to provide only a very marginal added value to the general appreciation of the premises. On a half-board basis, we were able to enjoy the buffet for breakfast and dinner. The overall quality of the package far exceeded our expectations. The products are fresh and of good quality. The buffets are very varied, making it possible to satisfy all tastes and all dietary requirements. A notable and highly appreciable fact: fresh fruit is offered morning and evening. Finally, wine and a bottle of water were provided to us every evening: it is the first time we have been able to enjoy such treatment with half-board, what a pleasant surprise! We regret the lack of friendliness of some of the cooks who serve the food. A smile does not seem to be optional, given that it is simply non-existent. On this specific point, the friendliness of some is not up to the general quality of the service. The establishment's dining offer is interesting. The pizzas made on-site are good and affordable. Several times a week, family shows were offered, allowing us to enjoy evening entertainment. The establishment also offered the broadcast of World Cup soccer matches every evening, up to a certain hour, at least. These broadcasts allowed for some pleasant moments. We note, however, that there seems to be a lack of a real dance party. The price of drinks at the bars is quite excessive: 20 euros for 2 Jägerbombs. At that price, you think twice before having a second drink. Furthermore, the friendliness of the servers is quite inconsistent. The hotel certainly has efforts to make regarding its water usage. The lawns and other flowerbeds are watered regularly: this is presumably necessary to preserve the appeal of the grounds. On the other hand, watering the terraces and certain walkways, presumably with the goal of cleaning them, is not always strictly necessary, especially since it makes the floors very slippery. We note that the movement of golf carts within the walkways is continuous throughout the day. This coming and going is quite annoying, as the sharing of the road is not necessarily optimal and the speed limit does not seem to be respected by everyone. In general, it seems that an effort could be made to limit these trips, which are, incidentally, not entirely silent. In conclusion, we highly recommend the Unahotels Naxos Beach Sicilia for its interesting location on the island, the quality of its services, the professionalism of its staff, and the well-maintained setting offered.
