Villa Enrica

We stayed at the Villa Enrica property for 4-5 days and we had a really great time. Couple's trip. High-level location, fairly close to the center but not too close. Strategic location, with lots of greenery and guaranteed relaxation. Infinity pool with a breathtaking view. Postcard view even next to the reception where there is a small terrace for breakfast. More than excellent quality with a special mention for the level of cleanliness and great attention to both services and the smallest details. You really feel pampered. Congratulations.

We spent a week of vacation from July 4 to July 11 in this enchanting place. Very clean and well-furnished rooms, spacious, a well-stocked breakfast with quality products, a wonderful pool with a view of the bay in a charming green space. In addition to the beauty of the structure, we would like to highlight the kindness of the girls at the reception, always available to give us directions to make the most of our days, the boys and girls at breakfast, the staff, and the head waiter of the Chimera restaurant for always pampering us and accommodating every request we had. A special thanks to Director Ben, who always advised us well, allowing us to experience the island to the fullest. We will miss you.

The photos do not lie; the infinity pool and its surroundings are the main asset of Hotel Villa Enrica: superb, very good temperature for early June, an exceptional view of Lipari... Honestly, perhaps the most beautiful pool I have had the opportunity to see in Italy. But that's not all; we had a very pleasant room with a huge terrace (partly covered, partly in the sun) with an unobstructed view, very clean, a very wide and comfortable bed, and even a double walk-in shower allowing for couples to wash together! Mini bar, good Wi-Fi. Please note, the hotel is divided into two parts: the lower part (where we stayed) also includes the reception and the breakfast room (very decent buffet) and the upper part where some rooms and the pool are located. Between the two, there is a height difference of about 20 meters, which is quite unpleasant to walk. But it's just a minor drawback. Of course, the hotel is situated on a hill and is a 15-20 minute walk from downtown. It's fine going down (and you take a relatively busy road without a sidewalk), but on the way back, we preferred to take a taxi (expensive). You need to know that. The hotel does not have a restaurant on-site but has one a few minutes away by car. In this case, there is a free shuttle. There is an option to rent a car (50 EUR/day). An important mention for the quality of the staff, specifically for Ben (who speaks perfect French) who helped us immensely in the face of a serious unforeseen event. A huge thank you, it was invaluable. In short, we will return.
