To begin with, I do not understand how one can assign 4 stars; it is not justified, nor is the price. Breakfast, no choice. Pool closed at 6 PM (too bad for the vacationers). Pool rented for birthday parties outside of hotel guests, you can hear the music in the room. The wifi only works at the reception. The terrace at the entrance of the reception is dirty. You cannot even sit down. How can one assign 4 stars!!!

After three stays in this "hotel" over the last few years, I decided to spend a few days here again this year because I had been completely satisfied in the past. I already knew the advantages (a quiet oasis in the greenery, a large pool, parking) and the disadvantages of the structure (no elevator, modest breakfast for a supposed 4-star, not monitored 24/7, barking dogs at night), but I had never experienced the nighttime concerts around the pool, of which I was obviously unaware. This year, the experience was very negative. Both Friday and Saturday, private parties were held "entertained" by music until 1:30-2 AM with such loud volume that even with the windows closed, it was impossible to hear the television, let alone sleep! For me, who had chosen the structure for its tranquility, it was really hard to endure, especially in light of the staff's indifference to my complaints. Honestly, I do not think it is right for a hotel to organize nightclub nights for outsiders to the detriment of its guests. I advise anyone wishing to go to this hotel to inform themselves well.

The stay was definitely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we did not receive any welcome. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the bathroom was not adequately cleaned. The refreshment room also left much to be desired, with spiders and cobwebs clearly visible on the ceilings and walls. The dinner was of very poor quality. To make matters worse, the service was unfriendly, with indifferent waiters and a maître who responded to our complaints with an arrogant and unprofessional attitude.
