I'm sorry I can't give zero stars because that's all you're worth! I wouldn't know where to start.. You arrive and the "parking lot" is a small, narrow incline for a few cars; if there's no space, you can park on the street with a fine to follow. You arrive and there is a duck defecating to welcome you. To go to the pool you have to pay an extra fee with a mandatory purchase. Dirty, neglected outdoor areas. Lounge chairs with dove droppings. Neglected pool. Don't be fooled by the photos. We enter the "room" to rest and the air conditioner, dating back to 1890, was vibrating and making an absurd noise, in addition to turning off every 10 minutes; we ask for a room change for obvious reasons and we are told that we have to pay an extra 110 per night because they only have a larger room that they consider better. After a series of arguments, they change our room without adding a cent, given that the problem was theirs. Okay, the air conditioner worked and wasn't noisy, but the room was dirty, bathrooms that smelled like pee, cobwebs, dirty fridge, spring mattress with a spring sticking out! Indecent, moldy shower; I had to wash with my eyes closed 🤢. I didn't sleep a wink on that mattress (which, by the way, were 2 singles). Terrible breakfast. We report all the inconveniences and say that we are not staying another night to suffer; they make us pay for the 2nd night anyway. We will pay it very quietly, but we will report everything to the competent authorities. 4-star resort, I would like to understand how you obtained this title. Terrible I hope this experience can help someone avoid this huge scam!

Our family stayed for 7 nights and would love to return to stay again! The breakfasts had a variety of choices, the staff was very attentive, clean rooms, the owners are around checking on things. The pool was amazing- quiet during the week and crowded on the weekend since it was high season and fantastic buffet offered. The owners went out of their way to help us with our needs. We did not have a car but the bus was easy a few steps down the street and the beach is a 12-15 minute walk. This is a return location for us- very relaxing with the nice plantings on the grounds to relax.

Structure surrounded by greenery, I had already stayed years ago and reconfirm the pleasant experience. Spacious and tastefully decorated room, rich breakfast and overlooking the garden. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent dinner and ultra relaxing package with the steam path and massages I had booked. I hope to return in the summer to enjoy the pool as well.
