Il Dito e La Luna B&B

This is among the best places I have stayed anywhere. A duplex with two balconies, which was beautifully and cozily furnished. The owners were warm and friendly. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious, with fresh cheeses, pastries and eggs. And free wine and other free goodies in the mini-bar! I could not ask for anything more.

My wife and I were simply delighted with our stay at this B&B. The accommodation was a tastefully and warmly decorated duplex with two balconies near the top of the grand scala—a massive stairway—in the heart of Caltagirone. The father-daughter team who own and ran the place were delightful and helpful. Among the many charms of the experience was the inclusion of a nice bottle of red wine along with bottled water and soft drinks that came with the accommodation. The breakfast included a very wide variety of options. I tried to keep it simple with eggs and cappuccino but sampled the delicious pistachio cream cake. My wife swore that she’d never had a better croissant.

It’s the most beautiful B&B all over the World seems! Very very tasteful owners .. and very hospitable. First time we came here just by randomness.. were walking by the famous stairs and decided stop to drink Prosecco and try Granita .. and from that second we got that this Granita is the best we have ever tried. Next year we decided to stop there as at the hostel. The room is amazing . And very very clean . Do not afraid if see the comments it’s not possible to sleep because of noise . That is not fully truth . Sure on Friday maybe yes ,but all other days it’s absolutely normal to sleep . On the other hand you can ask the owners just give you a room on the opposite side and you will sleep like a baby in a silence . The breakfast is absolutely amazing a thing . I think you must stay here just in order try this breakfast and I am sure -you will detenetely come back again and again .. just as we are doing it :) Grazie mille cari Giuseppe e Roberta !
