Capo Nettuno Hotel Residence

We stayed 7 nights from September 14th to the 21st, I must say that we had a great time, the strong point of the hotel is its seafront location, it is true that the furnishings could use a bit of updating, but everything was very clean, not to mention the staff who were all very kind and helpful, a special thanks to Carmelo and Marika with her advice on where to visit in the surroundings, what can I say, we felt at home, thank you very much for everything.

Hotel to be renovated. The possibility of being able to access the beach is certainly its strong point. Cleanliness and service average. The high price.

The doors have malfunctioning locks and the balconies of the mountain-view rooms have protective sheets for falling plaster. Upon arrival, they offered us an upgrade for the cost of €40 (a 50% discounted price, they told us). Service almost non-existent and poor quality breakfast, with mediocre croissants and hard, stale homemade cakes. The only positive notes: the cleanliness and the location directly on the sea. At check-out, we weren't even asked how the stay went. We paid and left. They don't even know what hospitality is. I believe that 125 euros per night is too high a price for what it offers. At the same price, you can certainly find something better.
