Casa Galati

Great location. Very close to all amenities. Discreet and helpful owners. Clean and inclusive of every comfort. Beautiful experience also thanks to the strategic location that allowed us to arrive by plane and move freely!

Very bad experience with Casa Galati bnb in Palermo. They told me to book by sending half of the cost of the reservation, said "down payment" and not a confirmation deposit that by law can not exceed 20 percent. Unfortunately, 15 days before departure I called to cancel and the lady told me that "of course we do not give back the money" and to my protests she replied that "it was she who had to take precautions and safeguard herself to know the methods of slaughter", after which she blocked me on the phone. I state that as booking information I have NEVER been sent any text specifying the cancellation fees, and that apart from the platforms (but my booking was OUT of booking or other portals so I did not fall under the cancellation policies of the aforementioned), in short they do not have a reference site where the conditions are specified and do not even send them. They just sent me IBAN where to make wire transfer and established costs via what's up, also I didn't get any tax receipt of my down payment. After days that I protest saying that by law the down payment must be returned, another character answers me from a mobile phone, saying that he would have made me a VOUCHER to use in the structure ... but I protested saying that I did not know when I would travel to Palermo and given their NOT professionalism to a minimum, certainly I would have stayed with them. In response, he teased me that "you pierce me" by saying that he will not stay with us. In fact: they withheld the deposit not being able to do it, they did not give me a tax receipt, they did not send me any cancellation policy, they blocked my phone and even teased me. At 54 years after a life that I travel I find this behavior not only outside the tax regulations, but extremely unprofessional, offensive, and based on the bullying of the fittest and the petty frauds on which unfortunately the Italietta goes on. Ipso Facto. Start. Francesca Romana Fabris

Very convenient location. Practically going out you are already downtown. Paid parking but very close to 2 minutes walk. For the rest cleanliness, comfort, beds etc... in the norm. Appreciated the communal refrigerator. Kindness and availability excellent. Maximum Welcoming. Would stay again.
