Great location for public transport or downtown , room not too spacious, renewable structure, friendliness and kindness of the staff

The hotel is central and very clean. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Vanessa super cute and helpful. I recommend it for those who do not expect so much. Great value for money. 2 steps from everything and about 200 meters from the central station. Site on the fourth floor with ascenzore

We stayed at this "Pension" for 8 days. I think this is the worst Pension we've ever known. Unwelcoming staff, borderline aggressive. Very small room, broken shower, window that does not close. The Inn is in a very noisy and dirty street ... when we go back to these problems at the reception, we were given another room... The new room was even smaller with the shower still broken and the electricity blowing as soon as you plug in a device... catastrophic experience!!! The staff asked us to leave if we were not satisfied knowing that I have a baby and that I am pregnant!
