Very disappointed by this Pension on the 11th floor whose elevator only goes up to the 10th to 142 euros per room / night, cleanliness leaves to be desired, both for the basic sink and toilet , dirty fridge also , armchair and furniture tour , sheet cover put upside down without sheet from above, float that makes noise, a towel for 2 the last 3 days .no bench as described, nor tea tray without claim, the airport shuttle does not exist, the wooden floor very damaged carved with coarse furrows, annoying smells of sewer since Saturday, the noise of the elevator too narrow to intervene in rescue, nobody on weekends to answer the problems! this is the first time that booking endorses such a Pension that ruined our stay. Only positive, its location in the center. The terrace starting from the corridor difficult to use because of the hornets, no secure key, safe unusable because "portable ".

Hotel Libertà is on the 10th (top) floor of a commercial building in the centre of Palermo. The rooms are clean, quiet and well furnished, but without balconies. There is a quiet 10 th floor rooftop lounge, bar and terrace, with a panoramic balcony vies overlooking the whole Palermo up and down the coast. Breakfast buffet is adequate, and you can get a drink at the (very quiet) bar in the evening, but no wine. There is no restaurant service at lunchtime or the evenings. The manager is very nice, friendly and hospitable, and gave us some really excellent restaurant recommendations (trust him!}. The other staff were also very good. They will arrange laundry for you as well. We met some nice people while we were there and had a couple of good nights out with them, based on the managers restaurant recommendations (hi, D & K!). Access is via small shopping lobby off the Main Street, which has a big sign at the entrance saying “HOTELS” There are 2 small lifts ( only 2 people + bags really). Take the left one, it has more modern controls, and make sure you close the outer doors when leaving it. We enjoyed Palermo hugely, and the hotel did the job. Recommended.

Very nice helpful owner Giuseppe. Hotel located in central area. Room is nice and clean, bed comfy, fridge in room and possible to buy water etc in hotel. Breakfast is typical Italian , but view is really amazing and romantic.
