There were supposed to be 4 of us. We booked 2 rooms for 3 days; unfortunately, due to serious health reasons, 1 couple had to return early, notifying them the same day before check-in. The property strictly applied the contractual terms, charging the full amount of the stay without making any financial concessions during a difficult time. This rigid behavior, in any case in compliance with the contractual rules, had never happened to me in any other facility: in similar cases, a discount on the penalty or even a voucher to be used in another period had been granted. We will return to Castellammare as soon as possible, but certainly not to this facility.

Nightmare stay!! Booked on Booking.com where a window about 1.5 meters from the ground was described; in reality, it was over 1.8 meters high, so it felt like being in a cellar. Wi-Fi completely absent, there was no TV remote in the room, we were told to change channels by hand. The receptionist was very rude, tried fruitlessly to deny the evidence, and in the end, did not even give us the second room key; my husband was forced to work outside the facility due to the lack of Wi-Fi, so I was not independent in accessing the B&B as I did not have a second key. Finally, scorpions in the bathroom as per the attached photo. Obscene place, highly unrecommended!!
