Hotel Baglio di Scopello

Very kind and professional staff, the modern facility is very relaxing, top-notch pool.

fantastic experience, I will definitely return

An excellent stay between relaxation and great professionalism. I stayed at this property for one night with my mom, for a small special moment to spend together, and the experience was truly very positive in every respect. Even before our arrival, I had contacted the hotel to ask for advice on a restaurant for dinner. They were extremely helpful, proposing several alternatives and helping me with the choice. I followed their advice and I must say it was perfect: excellent restaurant, great cuisine, beautiful location, and impeccable service. A truly spot-on recommendation. The rooms are spacious, very pleasant, and well-equipped, with everything you might need to spend a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is a good size, and the balconies are truly lovely, some facing inward and others with a view of the sea. Overall, pleasant and functional rooms, perfect for relaxing and feeling immediately at ease. Breakfast deserves a special mention, with an excellent selection of sweet and savory products, many of which are homemade. Everything was very good and well-cared-for. The staff was also extremely kind and professional, from the reception to the breakfast staff, all the way to the guy at the pool. The pool is probably one of the aspects that struck me the most. I stay in many hotels throughout the year and rarely have I happened to find such a quiet and relaxing environment. The area that allows you to lie directly in the water is simply splendid. During our stay, there were also very few people, and we were able to enjoy an atmosphere of absolute relaxation. The entire property, including the pool area, is very well maintained. Upon arrival, there was a small misunderstanding regarding the room. I had booked two rooms indicated in the confirmation as having a balcony and side sea view, while one of the accommodations initially assigned did not correspond to what I expected. However, I would like to emphasize above all the extremely professional way in which the situation was handled. The gentleman at the reception invited us to sit at the bar, offering us something to drink while he looked for a solution, and subsequently offered me a higher category room, with a balcony and a splendid front sea view. I greatly appreciated his helpfulness, courtesy, and above all the ability to solve the problem with great professionalism and elegance. The location is also ideal, in the heart of the Baglio and just a few minutes' walk from the center of the small village. Overall, it is a property that truly offers everything one could wish for to feel good and relax: comfortable rooms, excellent location, great tranquility, a beautiful pool, excellent breakfast, and attentive and professional service. A property that I absolutely recommend. Very well-deserved five stars. I would definitely return.
