Esperidi Park Hotel

The director is a liar and a thief. Il regista è un bugiardo e un ladro. They do not have WiFi, and the spa is a destroyed, unopen mess, but he is happy to leave both as amenities falsely advertised on their website. I demanded to leave within minutes of checking in it was so bad, but employees for the night shift made me stay until morning to refund me and then the director refused and I had to leave so I could get back to the city. On top of all that, the cards don't work to control the room conditions (like temperature), furniture from the room was missing, and things were damaged all around the property! Maybe if you haven't already visited a property or known someone who has, don't book it and take a tour before you commit and stay, because apparently they are completely happy to lie and steal from you. And that starts with the "4 Star" designation, which is a complete lie. They are not certified in that way, and everything they claim isn't worth it's weight it human waste.

The target here seems to be families with young children wanting to spend the day at the pool. The pool is great but everything else is shabby including the service. Was an extra 5 Euro each to use the pool which wasn’t as advertised and then when you get there it’s another 5 for two hats. Dinner looked a disaster and was fortunately missed. Came back to a dirty empty bar that we had to ask to open for two overpriced bottles that never came with glasses. Water was brown when we arrived. Bathroom has seen better days. Breakfast was barely passable and what 4 star hotel uses plastic cups and cutlery

We was there 3 days ago,me my wife and 2 pople from Palermo.The place is not a 4 stars hotel.The restaurant service very disorganized,for example most of the glassware at the restaurant were all differents,some of them small other ones bigger,christmas coffee cups at summer season,no cuttlery when food as been served.The food was awful,the risotto was uncooked(raw),we couldn't eating the risotto and the bad smell of tomato sauce,we also had uncooked penne with uncooked melanzane(very hard aubergines),everything was tasteless,without salt. Hotel services weren't so great,dirty swimming pool,not umbrellas at swimming pool area.At hotel rooms missing soo many things like toothbrush,toothpaste,swimming pool cap.We are trying to get money back from the agency that sent us here.This place should be 1 star hotel.The only good thing at the hotel was that the restaurant staff was friendly and ower hotel room was clean.Don't go in this place!!!
