Upon entering the room I find a cockroach, the bathroom with a broken drain, a broken shower cubicle and full of mould, a terrifying smell. After the nightmarish night, I report everything to the reception and I get the answer with €65 per night what do you want. THE SHAME .

Nightmare hotel Dirty, dust everywhere, threads, shutter cords worn and black due to wear, mold throughout the bathroom, dirty and peeling patches and finally the room smelled of humidity. Surprised the toilet tank doesn't flush!!! I ask for a room change first at the reception they tell me no rooms available then by magic 2 free ones are assigned to me the best one but the same as the previous one. Look for another hotel or sleep in your car, the best advice I can give you. Three stars? I would say closing

This hotel has a good location and specially if you have a car it will be safe for night. The breakfast is good and the people are very nice but the rooms needs a restoration. Every room has a veranda where you can enjoy Mount Etna but needs to be clean more often. The showers are little bit small especially if you'd big man.
