First of all the good points - it is clean, and in the centre of Catania. Basically, the property is a flat with a few rooms which he lets out. There is no one on site, so if there are any problems...

Nipitella is conveniently situated a few steets from the main shopping street of Catania, Via Etnea, and with a big market on the backside. I was told that "this is an informal B&B" but whatever that...
