This place is a great experience for whoever goes to Catania , luca the host is very open and friendly. he even met up with us in one of the restaurants he recommended. It’s fully furnished so all you have to do is go to the local grocery mart buy all the best Italian ingredients and cook away! I would recommend to everyone.

The apartment was really good and new, and the host, Luca, very friendly. I just found the bathroom too small and the couch too uncomfortable. The bed, instead, was very comfortable. For me it was an inconvenient to have the apartment located in a 3rd floor without an elevator, buy it was my fault not to check this before reserving. The area is very quiet but there is a busy and quite noisy street at 200 m. where you can found a supermarket and some places to get Sicilian and Italian specialities. You can also take the bus there to reach downtown which is around 2 km. from the apartment.

Apartment located very convenient, at the quiet street. There is a supermarket not far from the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. The apartment is very airy and comfortable for two. The owner Luca is very hospitable and friendly, thank to him! He explained to us where the paid parking, but we always found the free parking opposite the house. Note that there is no elevator. Therefore, elderly people may be difficult to go up. However, recommend to all!
