Well, what can I say... they gave us a top-notch room! They accommodated our requests and helped us have a great vacation! The resort is huge and requires a lot of maintenance, especially after the hurricane passed through... The staff was the highlight of the vacation! Starting from the reception, we found great people! The young women in particular are very kind! Especially Chiara and Claudia! The same goes for Gennaro and the staff manager! Ms. Agata always served breakfast with a smile, making us feel at home! Her scrambled eggs are excellent! Eugenio the lifeguard is a top-notch person! It is a pleasure to chat with him! A man of the world. What still made us leave with a slight lump in our throats are the entertainment staff! Skilled and helpful with our and your children! Friendly and good at entertaining the guests! We had so much fun in the evenings with them between karaoke, sketches, and ping pong! Leonardo, Mattia, Ruggero, and Tony, thanks again from us for the evenings with you and from our children for the kids' club and your patience! A big thank you also to the owners who made their gym available to us!

I can substantiate what is stated in the review with photos and videos. We checked in at 2:30 PM and immediately after we went to the restaurant and the beach. At 5:00 PM we went to the reception to file a complaint, but no one was able to help us, since everyone felt they were not competent in the matter. We left the resort between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM. However, in the response to the previous review, you claim that we used all the services before requesting a refund: this is not true. Furthermore, making the names of my family members public is unacceptable. We were not offered any lunch; and in any case we would not have accepted it, given that the food is not good.

Arriving at the village, we entered and were immediately welcomed at the reception by a girl (I don't remember her name) who was truly professional and very kind; she directed us to our room and gave us all the information we wanted. The rooms were wonderful even if a bit dated and in need of some maintenance, but beautiful; there were 4 of us and the children had their own room, truly large and spacious; the mini-fridge and air conditioning worked very well (not to be underestimated)! Not to mention the entertainment staff, who were fantastic, especially with the children, and then the cherry on top, the FOOD, truly excellent; those fettuccine with shrimp and the clams were spectacular, and the bar staff was kind and always attentive to everything. I had a really great time, we relaxed so much, thanks for everything!😊
