During our stay we found cockroaches and feces in the room, hair and dirt despite extra cleaning, and structural defects such as holes, cracks and loose floorboards. The restaurant was unsanitary: food uncovered, flies and wasps on the buffet. Changing rooms was not a solution because the problems occurred in several rooms. We reported this directly to both the property and Booking.com. Unfortunately, neither of us received adequate compensation, despite the gravity of the situation. A holiday is supposed to be relaxing, but this stay was downright dirty and disappointing. Both the hotel and Booking have left us in this.

Please don’t go in here save your money for another B&B in the center or cefalù , you’re far away from the center they say they have a shuttle bus but is not theirs you’re suppose to take a normal bus to go anywhere and what’s the point in staying in Cefalù if you 30 minutes walk from anywhere, on top of that the room we had stank of odour coming off the shower drain , breakfast was a pity aswell , the sfaff was nice and I’m sorry for them but that hotel is nowhere near 3 or 4 stars Paid 200 for a night in a stinky room

Very clean and functional hotel near the center only 10 minutes walk.We had a good time we slept very well only out of tune note was to hear until late the smell of the hood of the restaurant adjacent to the structure where we also ate very well, the breakfast good some problems related to space in my opinion the table with the buffet must be further away as you enter together with others remain Locked and very important thing the coffee machine nooo do it you will definitely come much better to me and my partner did not like the rest of the rich and abbondante.consigli the structure because immersed in silence and adjacent to a boschetto.Parcheggio ok free and immense.
