A weekend of pure relaxation with full board... Super clean hotel... Excellent food. What you notice right away is the friendliness and professionalism of those who welcome you from the early hours of the morning with breakfast...then for lunch and finally for dinner. Patrizia who welcomed us the first evening for dinner and made us feel right at home. Truly an exquisite person and her daughter as well. Sometimes we forget that, beyond the structure and services, it is the people who make the real difference. One tends to take for granted the work of the people who take care of the guests, but it is precisely them, with their smile, their attention and their professionalism, who really make the difference. Without people like her, even the most beautiful hotel could not make a stay so pleasant and special. Heartfelt thanks!

I have known the hotel for years and have been there several times for some events and for moments of relaxation by the pool with friends and family...but this Sunday I unfortunately had a terrible experience...at the reception a lady who was already rude and inappropriate on the external intercom in her answers to my question if it was possible to park inside...not happy, she received us with a face that already seemed annoyed just having to talk to customers...and then to a simple question about Sunday hours for the use of the pool she replied "are you sure you called here? Because I think you don't understand well" verbatim words....At which point we entered and stayed for half a day, it should be noted that already at 10 there was nothing left for breakfast except granita and we left. The pool was clean and the place is nice as always but you have to choose the staff that represents us with care and attention. Because the image we give derives from this.

Location kept in order, very well-kept garden, very friendly and helpful staff, restaurant staff very nice and accommodating with changes for children. It is a pity that there was no air conditioning in the common areas, and in the pool, out of the 3 times I used it, there was no lifeguard. The quadruple room, very spacious, very clean. The beach club is convenient, just a few steps from the property, with a beach with small pebbles.
