We spent a week at this hotel, the property is beautiful,however if you don't have a blue bracelet you are definitely treated like a nobody. A few stand outs were lovely. The beach bartender Alessandro was exceptional! The evening staff at Cava, Alexandria and the tht gentlemen bartenders were friendly and fun. Our room was nice and the maid service was excellent 356 room was a nice view as well. Breakfast was good, the staff was miserable and told us daily we couldn't sit wherever we chose. They should have a hostess if that's the case. Again we were disappointed 😞. We spent alot of money here on food and drinks because nothing is near by. Wouldn't return for these reasons. The D club should have a separate area all together instead of making those who are not lower class. The best part of the week was the entertainment every evening by the talented singers and dancers. Wonderful experience in a fantastic place! I have now been a guest personally several times, including for events! Every time you amaze me. This year I must also say well done to the front and back office staff. The breakfast and dinner buffet staff were also great, especially the tireless Vincenzo. The chef's dishes were also excellent!! Thanks to everyone and see you soon!!!
