Very welcoming hotel with a stunning view of Mount Etna and Taormina. Very kind and helpful staff. Marcello, the owner, is always present and provides important tips on places to visit and restaurants to eat at.

Family-run hotel, essential and no-frills. Clean and fragrant rooms with balconies overlooking Taormina and "Iddu," Mount Etna. Breakfast served on the large panoramic terrace. The owners, wonderful people who made us feel like family and enriched our stay with valuable advice. Parking guaranteed even though the hotel is located in a ZTL (limited traffic zone).

Beautiful experience lived in this hotel that we did not know before and where we happened to be looking for something quiet not far from the most chaotic Taormina (15 minutes by car / 20-25 equipped with the convenient bus service that makes you forget the ball to the foot given by the car). For fairness it is said that it is a dated hotel (I imagine built in the 70s-80s) both for furnishings and for plant and technological equipment so, personally, I recommend it to those who want a quiet, sincere and no-frills let's say "modern"... to see as an excellent base and overnight. It is not a mid-range or luxury hotel today! But the location inside the beautiful Castelmola, the direct view towards Mount Etna and Giardini Naxos compensate for everything and do not make you regret the lack of television or wi-fi, for example. The real difference is made, humanly, by the owners Mr. Marcello and his son Igor who are sincerely and genuinely warm and welcoming. They are also very attentive to the needs of the customer and available to advise 360 ° for trips, restaurants, excursions... even with so much patience foreign tourist friends. Thank you very much for the pleasant and relaxing stay. We will return.
