Breakfast *** Better to have coffee and croissants in cafe then stepping into breakfast restaurant as its crime even you call it breakfast. 7 days stay we only manage to get 2 days Breakfast. Very low quality and boiled eggs still got chicken *** on. Customer service *** No one speaks English first day of checking was nightmare with lady on reception. Love Holidays did worst to show beautiful room and send us to a 2nd world war effected property room with dirt from ceiling to floor and cracks holes everywhere. Not just us I witnessed so many people complaining about rooms. Good Things…… Hotel is next to beech and 25 minutes walk from town. Mariasole and Maria grazia are the best people on reception to help you with everything you need. Maria Grazia took so much energy and effort to sort our room and Mariasole help on one occasion when taxi driver was trying to scam us she left the chair went out to speak to driver and sort out problem. Stefano is also great person on front desk trying to help everyone with smile and pleasure. *overall*** I will avoid this hotel at any time and will not recommend to any one. Thank you
