Due to a booking error by the travel agency, I ended up in a room called an “annex” (€200 per night). After checking in, they informed me that the room is located 100 meters away and they accompanied me to a dilapidated building (worn-out carpet on the stairs, dirty walls, old elevators). You enter an apartment that has several rooms inside, newly furnished but in a context completely separate from the hotel. I ask to be able to stay in the hotel and they tell me it is full. After the agency's intervention, they offer me a room in the hotel with a surcharge of 150€. I accept, hoping to find a room worthy of what I paid, but I discover that it is even worse than the one I left. The hotel is an old structure that has been modernized but is still poorly maintained. Dirty, stained carpet, bathroom full of limescale buildup, noisy air conditioning. The level of service is very low. In the superior room there were only towels (no bathrobe and slippers) and only one multi-purpose soap (no Shampoo and conditioner) Furthermore, the lobby is a revolving door, between groups of tourists led by tour operators who invade the spaces with suitcases, spaces rented to outsiders for events (in front of the entrance a graduation party with confetti and group photos). Not recommended for business travelers or those looking for a classy hotel.

The location is very good, about 1 km from Quattro Canti. The garage is in a basement next to the hotel, with a super steep ramp, which you cannot go down with luggage. And the spots are very tight. The room is small, somewhat poorly maintained, and only has space for one suitcase. The box has no type of support for soap, shampoo, etc. At breakfast, I missed more fresh fruit and greater variety of bread. The orange juice machine displays a message that the juice is EU 4.00, which was not actually charged, but it is very unpleasant to put this message. Before the coffee break is over, they are already collecting everything.

The single rooms are extremely tiny. The reception was neither kind nor amiable, I would even say a little rude. We opted for a single room precisely to have good comfort. The waiters were all very polite
