Palermo Art Lincoln

Perfect 5-night and 6-day stay at the B&B Art Lincoln. I had a great time from every point of view. The property offers excellent services and the rooms are impeccable, very clean and well-cared for in the details. The breakfast was always excellent and abundant, the best way to start the day discovering the city. A heartfelt thank you goes to the owner Andrea: very kind, welcoming and always available for any need or advice on the city. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and hospitable base. I will definitely return!

If I could rate this less than a 1, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Stay away! They did not follow the guidelines and take our passport details into the reservation system. When you walked into the room, the overpowering smell of ammonia filled the room. Drain flies were in the room and the shower had mold on the shower head, walls and floor and the bidet area smelled like old urine. I didn't even feel comfortable showering here, walking without shoes or leaving my valuables in the room. The only good thing about this place, was it's location to a fantastic gelateria, that also made amazing fresh cannoli. This b and b business should not be operating!

Awful accommodation, charmless room, with things that don't work (e.g. air conditioning) or broken. And the worst dirty.
