Avoid at all costs... The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Even if the location is dreamy, don't be fooled. We were doing a road trip in Sicily with my boyfriend, and this hotel was by far the worst stop of our trip. First problem: parking. The hotel does have a parking lot, but it costs €17 per day. We therefore had to manage to find paid spots outside, which still cost us about €15 per night. Every time we went out, we had to go back to look for a spot, which made us lose a huge amount of time and caused us a lot of stress throughout the stay. Honestly, on vacation, you don't want to spend your time wondering where you are going to be able to park your car. Next, the room is very old-fashioned, but what bothered us the most was the catastrophic soundproofing. We heard absolutely everything: the neighbors in the next room, conversations, doors, as well as all the outside noises. We felt like we were sharing our room with the other guests. Impossible to rest properly or have a minimum of privacy. Regarding breakfast, we arrived at 9 a.m., even though it is served until 10 a.m., and there was almost nothing left. The only positive point is the lady who takes care of it, who is very kind, smiling, and welcoming. Finally, at the time of departure, the gentleman at the front desk asked us to pay the tourist tax. We wanted to pay by card, but he claimed that it was only possible in cash... even though the payment terminal was right behind him. When we explained to him that we did not have cash, he grumbled before finally taking out the card terminal and accepting payment by card. In summary, between the parking problems, the incessant noise, the almost empty breakfast, and the unprofessional attitude at the front desk, I strongly advise against this hotel. There is much better in the area to enjoy your stay without wasting your money, your time, and your hours of sleep.

Hotel located on the waterfront, hiding an extraordinary structure behind its facade. Despite the small size of the room, it presents itself as an environment where one immediately feels at ease, not only due to the availability and courtesy of the staff, who, especially during the summer, are called to address continuous requests, but also and above all for the furnishings, cleanliness, and organization of the facility. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

Every night we got bitten by insects. Then a guy who works there (probably illegally since they denied that he works at the hotel so we saw him every day there, cameras testify), thought he was the valet he is not and wanted to park our vehicle. We just thought “cool, the hotel has a valet” and so we let him park our vehicle, but he stamped it in a pole. Next to us, a hotel employee was present at and saw the scene. When asked for a commercial gesture for this, which they obviously refused, they told us that they had not seen anything (although the employee was well beside us and watching with us the maneuver) and said that the valet does not work at the hotel. We will therefore have to pay a deposit for an accident for which the hotel is responsible and which have done nothing but lie and show bad times. No value to be found in this hotel. Then the insulation is catastrophic. When people come back to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning and make noise and it feels like they are in our own room, it is unacceptable. We got very little sleep because of that. Parking's not possible. The hotel has a beautiful view of the sea, but that doesn’t do the rest. On the other hand we highlight the kindness of the lady who manages the breakfasts. Very helpful and pleasant lady, thank you to her for making our stay a little more pleasant.
