The kitchen lacks much, the pool only open 08-20, otherwise a quiet hotel with cool rooms.

We stayed a week at Villagio Artemide. Our apartment was adequate, but in need of a refurbishment, for example a new shower head, which does function well and sticks. We were there in a quiet week, but the cottages are very noisy, so I wonder how the noise level is in high season .The kitchenette is very basic and built into a kind of closet. I especially missed a kettle and coffee maker. The bed was good. The cleaning is minimal, after a few days we had to ask ourselves for clean towels and for waste bags for the pedal bins. Bed is not changed, (but I don't do that more than once at home p.w.) The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Pool nice, but cold! However, a beautiful view of Mount Etna. It is recommended to rent a car, as many things are not within walking distance. A good supermarket 600m away. On the departure day we had problems about the check-out time. According to our info [D-travel) between 10 and 12 am, according to the landlord no later than 10 am.

I spent a week in this 4 star village and the experience was really positive. The property is well maintained, clean and well organized, with large green spaces and cozy common areas. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The staff was always friendly. The pool area guarantees relaxation at all times of the day. Overall, a village that fully deserves its 4 stars: ideal for families, couples and groups of friends looking for comfort.
