Zero communication from the hotel. Had a medical emergency and couldn’t stay here. Tried to contact the hotel by message, e-mail, and by phone. They were impossible to reach and never responded. However when it came to denying our request to cancel and informing booking.com that we didn’t stay, they were very prompt to let them know and receive payment. Very disappointing service and if this is the kind of customer service they provide during an emergency, I don’t what to say…

A hotel where we have stayed many times before, and which always confirms itself as an excellent choice. Beautiful property, very courteous and helpful staff, and I am referring to everyone, from those at the reception, to the women who take care of cleaning the rooms, to the restaurant and breakfast room staff, to the person who takes care of the clients by the pool. We will certainly return, happy as always to come back! P.s. the hotel restaurant is one of the most elegant, as well as good, on the island, and the breakfast served at the hotel is of the highest level, nothing is truly missing! Compliments to everyone.

Returning to stay at Cincotta is always a pleasure. The hotel is a gem of Aeolian style with a view that can be enjoyed in the pool area, on the terraces, and at breakfast, which is something indescribable. The perfect place for those who want to relax without thinking of anything else. Staff is always kind, courteous, and caring.
