Hotel I Cinque Balconi

Terrible experience, room sold as a suite with a smell of mold, bed full of ants, toilet dirty with poop, and wooden beams full of termites. We asked for a cleaner room and they replied we have nothing else, leaving us on the street!!

Small hotel in vintage and romantic Aeolian style, professional, kind but discreet staff. I had a prompt response; they offered me a change to another room of a higher level at no extra cost to make up for it. I am celiac, and they accommodated me completely at breakfast, customer care was greatly appreciated. Recommended, Stefania from Rome.

Easy to make a stay at Cinque Balconi pleasant if you have the magic of the greenest of the Aeolian Islands around, if your Hotel is located in a magnificent period building located on the main road of the seaside village of S. Marina, if you have furnished it with antique furniture distributed with taste, if you have equipped it with a beautiful and hidden garden where you have not forced but intelligently indulged the nature of the island, if you have surrounded yourself with helpful, competent, kind, and, not insignificantly, always smiling staff... Easy, if in addition to the hotel you run with taste The attached Restaurant, which I can only define excellent, because it is not possible to describe the typicality and at the same time the originality of all the dishes available (blessed chef!!) not to mention the cellar... But the stay is not only pleasant, it is EXCEPTIONAL because in everything and in everyone you feel the passion for this place, that of Massimo, Johnny, Veronica, Diego, Samuele... Thank you all...
