BEST WESTERN HOTEL STELLA D'IT

I visited the hotel in a wheelchair, everything was wheelchair friendly during booking, but upon arrival we were given a room only accessible via stairs and we could park the car 200 meters away because the parking lot was "too big" for the parking space. The man behind the counter lied right to our face after first saying there was no garage, then it changed to it's full, and the story ended with our car being too big, pure nonsense. Afterwards we came to the room that was only accessible via the stairs, while we arrived with a disabled card and wheelchair, and this was also stated in the booking. When we returned to the desk, he unfortunately had "no other" rooms available, after asking to speak to a manager there were suddenly rooms available, even two next to each other. In short, the staff is unfriendly and lies. And if you thought that was it, we walked in the evening twice in an elevator with a cockroach in it. When we reported it to the staff, they simply killed him and the problem was solved, hygiene 0.

Excellent, I would say perfect for courtesy, rooms, and cleanliness. Top.

The hotel is located right in the center of Marsala (the sea with fine sand is worth it, as are the many nearby places from the salt pans to the Stagnone oasis with the small island of Mozia, all the way to the Egadi islands). The professionalism and hospitality of its staff are truly unique, which led me and my family to return there again for a period of 12 days, again for our summer vacation in July. The rooms are well-furnished, very well-maintained, and have excellent cleanliness. The breakfast is varied and abundant, catering to every taste. Since it is located in a ZTL (limited traffic zone), the parking service is carried out in an excellent manner by Mr. Piero. I often stay at BW chain hotels throughout Italy, and this is the one that, overall, deserves the best rating from me, thanks above all to its entire team.
