Hotel very convenient for its proximity to the port and the hydrofoil departures. The owner and her daughter are very kind and welcoming, and for this, we thank them. Clean and quiet room, but unfortunately a very sore point is the discomfort of the very low-quality mattress, which in our opinion is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel. Breakfast spread with packaged products from Eurospin and not very varied, also in this case not corresponding to the 4 stars they boast.

I had a truly pleasant stay at La Chicca Palace Hotel and I can only recommend it. The property is elegant, well-maintained, and above all, impeccable in terms of cleanliness. The location is excellent: it allows you to easily reach the center of Milazzo, the port, and the main points of interest, making it perfect for both a vacation and a short stopover before leaving for the Aeolian Islands. A special thanks goes to all the staff, who are always kind, professional, and available to satisfy every need with a smile. It is precisely the hospitality that makes the difference and makes you feel at home. The breakfast is abundant and high-quality, with a wide choice of sweet and savory products, suitable for all tastes. In conclusion, a hotel that combines comfort, cleanliness, courtesy, and an excellent location. If I return to Milazzo, it will definitely be my first choice. Compliments to the entire staff and thank you for the hospitality!

We stayed for 6 nights during a motorcycle trip in Sicily and we could not have chosen better. The location is perfect: strategic for easily reaching Milazzo, Taormina, Mount Etna, Tindari, and the Aeolian Islands. The property is welcoming, cared for in every detail, and truly impeccably clean, among the best we have ever happened to find. The real added value, however, is the owners, Giovanna and Maria. Their friendliness, kindness, and helpfulness won us over from the very first day. They are always ready to give advice, help, or simply chat with a smile, making you feel more like a guest than just a customer. It is rare to find people who manage to convey such an authentic sense of hospitality. If we were to return to this area of Sicily, we would have no doubt: we would choose La Chicca again. A place that we recommend with all our heart to those looking for a clean property, in a perfect location, and, above all, a welcome that truly makes a difference. Thank you Giovanna and Maria, you made us feel at home. ❤️
