"+" It's interesting experience to stay in wooden small house right near the seashore :) The house is clean and nice. Also the is verandah with wooden table and small kitchenette, where you can have nice meal overlooking the sea. the beach is clean with lots of deck-chairs.
"-" Bathroom is too small

While it was limited with room amenities, cramped and poorly decorated by american/ European standards (hard Italian queen mattress no quilt, small 12" old tv/ bathroom, old linens and towels, cheap furnishings, poor quality soaps), awful coffee (Italian + american)/ shameful breakfast (no fresh meats/cheeses (think there was a problem with delivery), no fruit, nothing hot, no nutrition only sugar cereals/ pastries (which were AMAZING), full sugar yogurt and juice), we had to give credit to the location (literally spitting distance to water), price per night, new chef (2/3 nights; great pasta, uninspired seconds no desserts with only 1-2 tables/ 4 guests in ENTIRE restaurant each night, great house wines), cleanliness/ friendliness of the staff, and free use of kayaks/ sports gear/ wifi. €86 a night with breakfast & dinner.
I expect new manager will fix flaws as time passes, seems savvy and very kind/ English speaking. They will truly earn 4 stars from more reviewers, but this one wants to see them prosper. Best answer: expect a 9/10 camping experience and then be surprised how much better it is.
