The hotel has very nice rooms and a good breakfast. The problem was arriving after booking two rooms and we were only given one because the other was occupied. They took us to another hotel nearby. The reservation was for two nights so two people stayed there and two others moved for one night only. The other nice hotel inside, inside a building, but they hadn't connected the heating and it was really cold. All in all on the second day we enjoyed the hotel booked, but nothing was discounted!

This B&B is a villa where at the back there are 4 rooms with private entrance and a breakfast room. We had a spacious, neat and clean room and bathroom. In the morning a rich breakfast and a very welcoming service. Parking is possible on site (free of charge) but for a maximum of 2 to 3 cars depending on the large one. We parked 1 night on the street where there was also enough space. All in all a nice stay and highly recommended in Modica.

Great overnight stay, the very kind owner, breakfast and room really top, to go back, the antique style of the outdoor villa blends beautifully with the modernity of the interior very refined and elegant, easy to reach on the main street of Modica
