4-star resort in a quiet place surrounded by nature, everything else to be forgotten, property abandoned to itself where everything is missing, cleaning, room service where even hot water to wash is missing, air conditioner that does not work, dirty pool, in short, I would say only the location is the strong point.

The facility is classified as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, it does not live up to the expectations and standards that such a category should guarantee. The outdoor spaces appear poorly maintained, with weeds present in several areas. Going up towards the pool, one encounters a pond of greenish water that encourages the proliferation of numerous mosquitoes. The pool also needs more maintenance: the water was not clean at all, and the surrounding areas were neglected and overrun with weeds. The loungers were all dirty as well. The rooms are spacious, but the furnishings are outdated. The bathroom is equipped with two showers, but it lacks a proper hairdryer: there is only an old wall-mounted device, which is ineffective, does not dry, and overheats quickly. During the stay, the hot water also did not work, and we were forced to take a shower with cold water, a decidedly unacceptable inconvenience for an establishment of this category. The breakfast was nothing special. The location also has some negative aspects: the road to reach the hotel is isolated, poorly lit at night, and particularly long to travel. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the establishment does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. For this reason, I assign a rating of 1 star.

I stayed in this hotel and I am very satisfied. Spacious and quiet rooms, as well as comfortable. Kind and helpful staff in meeting every request. A special shout-out goes to the chef and his kitchen. 100% recommended
