Very kind staff, very hospitable and friendly. Wonderful welcome as if we had known each other forever. Very clean environment, definitely worth returning to. We recommend it to everyone.

It is a small and quiet hotel. Not too close to the beach and the nightlife, but not far either for those who like it. Relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Ideal for families but also for couples or individuals who appreciate tranquility. Breakfast is good, classic Italian, with many pastries. I would have liked a little more choice of savory items, even though I love pastries, which were good. The dinner served by the hotel restaurant is good and reasonably priced. You can also relax in the pool and, from the rooms that face the pool, enjoy the view of the nearby mountain. The inventory is a bit dated, but the housekeeping (changing of towels and daily cleaning) is very good. The thing the hotel excels at is the service and the availability of the staff. All the staff are very kind and helpful, especially Ms. Stefania and her colleagues at the reception. An absolutely positive and recommendable experience.

Located near Mondello Beach (15 minute walk) - very friendly and comfortable hotel - we can honestly say that we have never experienced such outstanding hospitality before! All the staff are kind, welcoming and helpful and special thanks to Marcella, Rosie, Giacomo, Alessia and Antonino who did an excellent job and we thank them for the warmth and attention they showed us. We were on half board and the restaurant staff were all wonderful and attentive and especially Marcella who always remembered our preferences and we enjoyed chatting to - especially about the World Cup! We were deeply touched when Marcella presented us with Prosecco for our wedding anniversary celebration- the gesture made our holiday even more special and unforgettable! The room was spotless and the cleaners did a perfect job with fresh towels everyday. The pool was lovely and there was always a sun lounger or seating available. The evening meals were so delicious, varied and excellent quality- every meal was a pleasure! We hope the management will kindly share this review with all the staff because every single one is appreciated for their hard work and kindness. We can’t wait to return!
