Sciarammola Bed&Breakfast

We stayed at this property from March 13 to 15; we had not chosen the structure but the association with which we had booked a two-day trekking excursion. Honestly we had looked at the reviews and we were very concerned, but we had had the organizer’s reassurances about the goodness of the structure. And in fact arrived at the structure we immediately realized how unfair and misleading were the reviews we had read. The road to get there, if you do the correct one that is a bit longer, is perfectly paved. The structure extremely decorous and comfortable with a common room where we could spend the evening all together, absolutely wonderful: we felt like we were at home! Wonderful. Finally the owners: very kind, available to fulfill our every request, really welcoming and hospitable. They did not miss anything and even the owner accompanied us to the meeting place for the start of the trek (about 30 min from the B & B) for free and on simple request. Truly a gentleman! I find the previous reviews really unfair and incomprehensible! Absolutely recommended!

I stayed in this house in August. assuming that when booking we were not told the exact location, as I was looking for accommodation near the sea and if for the owners, do 30 minutes of road means staying near the sea, then there is something wrong. The horrible position, or rather, to be able to get to the home of these people is really dangerous, both for the car, because you travel several kilometers in the dirt road but especially for the unsafety of the mountains, in fact there were several boulders and branches of trees on the street. Not to mention the very little friendliness of the owners. They say breakfast included, but we found some packaged croissants (like those of Mulino Bianco) but that were not of that brand. Another key thing is that there are no suitable security arrangements in the facility. No floor plans hanging, no fire extinguishers present, given the location and danger of fires, no indication for emergency exits. Nothing at all. Ah not to mention the room, dilapidated shower, air conditioning leaking water inside the house. In short, it is better to go to sleep somewhere else or at least on the beach. More than a relaxing holiday it was a stress.

Terrible place. Other than a bnb, it is a country house lost in the countryside, difficult to reach with bad roads, full of potholes and isolated. When we saw the place we left immediately, we didn't even stay overnight and even lost the deposit we had left. We found that place very disturbing.
