Residence Marinella

Absolutely wonderful experience. We got a better - bigger apartment than ordered, for the same money. It was clean and tidy, everything worked properly. The view was great. Special thanks to the man from the office - he was very helpful, informative and welcoming. Great service. I highly recommend Residence Marinella and hope to visit you again.

We have booked a two bedroom apartment for three adults. The rooms are bright and large, the staff are friendly and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, there were some serious shortcomings. In one of the bedrooms, the wallpaper has detached from the wall in several places, and underneath we have discovered mold. My husband suffers from chronic lung disease and had severe coughing fits throughout our stay, which were clearly caused by the mold. There was also black mold in the shower, as well as in the joints. For drying wet towels and clothes, there is only a small wall-mounted clothes rack on the balcony, which can accommodate a maximum of four towels. In the rain we could not use it at all, and in the bathroom there is only a single hook. Even in good weather, our towels hang on doors and chairs. The air conditioning in the bedroom also spread an unpleasant smell as soon as it was turned on. Overall, we would not return to this apartment building.

Wonderful and charming place, a stone's throw from the beautiful beach of San Vito Lo Capo, welcoming staff. Top
