Ambiance was very nice, food was so fresh and delicious and our waiter Carmelo was extremely attentive and friendly!

A Truly Wonderful Stay We had another wonderful stay at Verdura Resort and would especially like to highlight the fantastic team, whose friendliness, attentiveness and professionalism make the experience truly special. Already at Reception, we were warmly welcomed. A special thank you to Mihaela, who is exceptionally friendly, helpful and highly competent. She is always ready to assist and handles every request with professionalism and a genuine smile. Her personal attention really makes a difference. We were also very impressed by the Bar. The entire team is attentive, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The cocktails and mixed drinks are excellent and prepared with great care. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink at the end of the day. At Zagara, we would particularly like to mention Antonio and Sara. Their warm and professional approach, combined with genuine friendliness and attention to detail, creates an excellent level of service and a wonderful atmosphere. You immediately feel welcome and very well looked after. We would also like to give special recognition to Amare. Gianni, Simone, Jessica and Santos are a fantastic team. Their friendliness, attentiveness and great sense of humour create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The service is personal, warm and professional, while remaining pleasantly informal – exactly what you hope for when on holiday. And of course, Liolà deserves a special mention as well. Maurizio brings a wonderful personal charm to the restaurant and has a natural way of making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Together with his team, he creates a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere and provides attentive, genuinely friendly service. It is this combination of personality, professionalism and warmth that makes an evening at Liolà particularly enjoyable. We would also like to mention Francesca, whose friendly welcome every morning at breakfast is a lovely way to start the day. Her warm smile, genuine friendliness and attentive manner immediately create a positive atmosphere and make breakfast feel even more enjoyable. The service was the stand out. All of the staff are very focused on great customer experience. It is quite remarkable, the level of customer service they achieve so consistently across their team. Angele at breakfast was a star. Her attentiveness and capacity to remember the details are quite exceptional. It is nice to get a proper coffee in a hotel breakfast. The cappuccino needs a double shot - offered by Angele!
