Third party apartment without elevator in need of renovation, the spacious room features ceiling peelings. Uncomfortable bed. The bathroom is not in the room for two out of three rooms, although private. Rusty furniture. No shower mat is provided, only towels and hairdryer. There are no amenities, in the living area apart from a fridge that needs a cleaned and defrosted, there are neither disposable glasses nor napkins let alone a coffee machine. The kitchen is not available to guests. Apartment with good potential but interventions are needed. Host friendly and helpful. Very convenient to reach the Greek theater.

I did not know Syracuse, it was the first time I visited it and I must say that I was lucky enough to stay with my wife and children in this beautiful B & B in a central location near the most important monuments and tourist sites. We were pleasantly surprised by the extreme cleanliness of the room and bathroom, for us fundamental and the attention to detail of the furnishings. We highly recommend it also for the low price and extremely affordable.

Bed comfortable functional room not near archaeological park near museum quiet area friendly owner breakfast at good bar. I had booked the room on the third floor without elevator and the owner offered us as an alternative a better room on the ground floor which is very welcome
