Had a lovely stay in this top floor suite with a balcony and a view of the sea. Very quiet comfortable location that was close to everything in Ortigia.

... our room was reached by a side alley, external door with inactive security code, two flights of very tiring stairs to enter a small beautiful apartment, but not properly cleaned (empty plastic bottle of previous guests) and especially missing shower door with the result of flooding the bathroom)

We expected a classic ben, one of those commonly found, instead we found ourselves inside a well-structured ancient building completely isolated from the heat. You have the choice between traditional rooms or suites with attached terrace on those floors. The building is located between the center and the bathing area, the area is well stocked with local shops where you can consume all kinds of food
