With my husband and 2 sons, we had the most wonderful week at Hotel Borgo Pantano. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, we had 2 bathrooms which was perfect. Every single member of staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! So many things to try! The gardens are like an oasis, you can totally relax here and sit in total comfort just about anywhere. The pool was beautiful, great for all ages. The pool bar was fantastic, great service. We had dinner several times during our stay and the food is exceptional 👌 The service was impeccable. If you need to get away from it all, want attention to detail and the warmest staff, this is the place for you. A holiday I will not forget. Thank you everyone at HBP 🥰

We spent several days as a family in this hotel and here is our feedback: * quiet location 20 minutes by car from the center of Syracuse, numerous outdoor parking spaces. Paid shuttles offered by the hotel. * Exceptional estate, impeccable garden maintenance, decoration of the common areas done with great taste. * Huge and very pleasant swimming pool + a jacuzzi / Snack bar available * Welcoming, kind, helpful staff ***** (the owner is a colorful character (cf. Miranda - The Devil Wears Prada) but adorable with her guests) * The rooms are very clean, well-laid out, and decorated. * The breakfast buffet is simply exceptional, with quality Italian products, and will delight fans of both sweet and savory (a service truly worthy of a luxury hotel). * The food served at the restaurant is also very good, so you don't necessarily need to go back out into town in the evening. * Numerous activities offered outside the hotel, which handles the reservations. The only negative point about this hotel is that it is not very well-suited for very hot weather. While there is an air-conditioned room for breakfast, the restaurant, on the other hand, is outdoors (under a sort of pergola that is 2/3 open), but at over 30 degrees at 8 p.m., it is difficult to enjoy despite the greenery.... Since the hotel is not all in one piece, the different buildings absorb more heat, and depending on the exposure of your room, you might be forced to keep the air conditioning on at night...

We spent a wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable week as a family of five at Hotel Borgo Pantano, and we cannot recommend it enough! From the very moment we arrived, we were welcomed beautifully with genuine warmth and hospitality. The entire staff is incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. They truly went out of their way to assist us with any questions we had, offer great local tips, and book restaurants for us. The level of service is exceptional! The hotel property itself is a peaceful oasis. They have a gorgeous, luxurious swimming pool and beautifully maintained, expansive green lawns that create a deeply relaxing and serene atmosphere. If you are looking for top-notch hospitality, comfort, and tranquility near Syracuse, this is the perfect place. We would absolutely love to come back!
