The structure is very isolated as it is located in the Plemmirio reserve. The road to reach it is partly unpaved, you have to cross fields; In my opinion this detail is not well specified. The furnishings and general amenities of the house are dated and quite worn. You have to buy everything, nothing courtesy is left. For longer stays you need to be equipped. Much more annoying was the very strong septic tank smell from the bathroom which never stopped flooding the house for the entire stay. Beautiful swimming pool overlooking the reserve. Convenient washing machine in the house.

If you're looking for solitude, the ability to get away from it all and prepare your own meals, this may be for you. If you want a place with easy access to restaurants, shopping, sight-seeing, this is definitely NOT for you - you must traverse a narrow, rutted, unpaved road each time you go in and out - NOT recommended for rental cars. If you don't have a car you will need to walk 3+ km for everything. Once we arrived after successfully navigating the road, Caterina greeted us warmly and explained everything. She was very helpful. Nice pool and grounds overlooking the sea. Bungalows each have full sea views, nice patios outside with table & chairs, and air conditioning. Bungalows are clean and adequately furnished with towels, toilet paper, hairdryer, soap and shampoo; kitchenette with dishes and utensils, large refrigerator and a good size washing machine. Bed linens are clean and very nicely pressed. Has WiFi , TV and Lavazza "A Modo Mio" coffeemaker. Some items are a bit rusty or in need of repair. NO breakfase, restaurant, housekeeping. Price was higher than others in the area that appear to have similar (or better) amenities (and better access!). High price + poor road + lack of restaurant/breakfast = Poor rating from this traveler.
