Great property. Great service. Exudes old-world elegance in a modern way without feeling stale. The rooftop pool is great for the end of a hot day walking around Ortigia (which is a great place to leisurely explore, stop for a drink, walk more, stop for a bite, etc... Service at the pool was quick. Room was excellent. Views of the waterfront and super yachts docked right outside the hotel. Terrific breakfast. Rooftop bar/restaurant a great place to watch the sunset while enjoying a cocktail.

It pretends to be a 5-star hotel but they have no idea what service commitment is. In addition to having an EXCESSIVE OVERPRICE. They also have the audacity to include a supposed additional tip to what has already been paid.

Beautiful hotel in a really good location within really easy walking distance to all the food places and wee shops… great staff also… BUT and it’s a big thing… Do not book sea facing rooms if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night… there’s a pop up niteclub at the waters edge that went on until 2:30 am both of those nights And it was loud Unless you like that kind of thing obvs Apart from that it would have been an easy 5 star so if you are staying during the week you’ll love it (the Sunday was peaceful)
