Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and not what we expected. The air conditioning was a major issue. Despite asking reception for help, the staff were unhelpful and we were left in an uncomfortably warm room. Considering the hotel advertises air conditioning, we expected it to actually provide a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was cold and disappointing, with very little that felt fresh or appealing. The hotel itself is extremely outdated and could really benefit from significant refurbishment. The overall condition and appearance made it feel more like an old, tired property than the standard we were expecting. Sadly, the attitude of some of the staff made the experience even worse. The staff member dealing with the pool towels was particularly rude, and we also experienced an unfriendly and unhelpful attitude from reception when asking for assistance with the air conditioning. Overall, the combination of the poor air conditioning, cold breakfast, outdated facilities and unfriendly service made this a very disappointing stay. We would not return and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Horrible hotel that does not correspond at all to the photos on the Internet. Arriving early, we went through the restaurant bar and there was no one to welcome us except for a huge cockroach. We reported it to the front desk. Then, arriving in our room, disillusionment and discovery of an old, worn-out room, bedding that breaks your back with springs and squeaking at the slightest movement. Our daughter's bed was even worse. In our bathroom, a handheld shower in the tub, broken mirror. On the balcony, cracked window, black chairs worn by time, dirty floor. In the lobby everything is neglected, drop ceiling falling down, dirty windows (bird droppings everywhere), dirty tile and elevator. Nothing that corresponds to a 4-star rating. Pool small and not deep (unlike the photos). Lawn not mowed. Fortunately we had booked with Booking, which demanded a full refund for the stay. We left that same evening without even having spent the night! And fortunately, given the lack of soundproofing in the hotel! Beware of the reviews and photos. It is a big lie.

I must say that I rarely post negative reviews, but in this case, I find it necessary. The structure is overall nice, and the view of the racetrack during breakfast is truly a lovely experience; unfortunately, it is the management that I would heavily criticize. Upon our arrival at the reception, no one showed any interest in us, even denying us a greeting. The elevator seems to "go with conviction," as you have to press the floor button at least ten times before it departs. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a blast of scorching heat: the air conditioners do not cool at all, to the point that we tried (in vain) to leave the card inserted in the slot all day to prevent them from turning off. Additionally, the beds creak with every little movement, making rest difficult, and the breakfast is decidedly meager. A demerit note also goes to the Wi-Fi: instead of having a single SSID, the network is fragmented into dozens of different channels (e.g., Name 1_1, Name 1_2), resulting in a connection that barely navigates at 1 Mb/s, making even the most basic operations slow. In conclusion, this structure barely deserves its 4-star sign. Given the total lack of maintenance, the risk is that sooner or later even those will come down.
