Hotel Pacla

What can I say, a wonderful experience in a stupendous place; the facility is excellent and immense, even though we only used the room and occasionally the breakfast room. Our room was large and always very clean; the towels were changed every day in addition to the bed being made, but so far nothing out of the ordinary, meaning I am talking about everything you expect from a 4-star hotel. The real difference, the surplus, you find in the hotel staff and in their cordiality and availability, qualities that make the stay something unforgettable, so much so that we thought about organizing a new vacation there before we even left. Mr. Paolo, the owner of the hotel, welcomed us from the beginning as if we had arrived at the home of relatives we had not seen for years; he made himself completely available, advising us on places to visit and where to find restaurants that would let us savor the genuine scents of Sicily; the relationship that was established was never client/proprietor but rather like that between friends, so much so that at the end of the vacation it was difficult not to get emotional. It may seem like a biased review, but I assure you that I have never had such a friendly relationship with the managers of a hotel; it is well known that the hospitality of Sicilians is extraordinary, and we had proof of this with everyone we interacted with, shopkeepers or simple people we had to ask for directions, but Paolo, his son Sebastiano, and all the staff exceeded all our expectations. I will stop here because otherwise I would go on too long. Thank you, Paolo, for letting us have a wonderful vacation, and see you again as soon as possible. A hug to Desy; her smile welcomed us at all hours even if the day was long and exhausting.

Hotel with a very convenient location for reaching the most beautiful beaches in the area. Excellent hotel management, in particular the owner Paolo and his children, who are attentive to any customer need. I recommend it because you will have a great time.
