The property is surrounded by greenery, inside a fenced garden, with large and pleasant common areas. The exterior is very well-kept and we particularly appreciated the outdoor shower, usable by everyone, really convenient when returning from the sea. Our room was spacious, with a nice bathroom and all the necessary comforts. But the thing that left the biggest impression on us is definitely the breakfast prepared by Alessandra: quality products, both sweet (cannoli, croissants, and brioche) and savory, prepared with care and served in truly super abundant quantities. My children were enthusiastic about it and looked forward to breakfast with joy every morning! Despite the heat these days, the property, being surrounded by greenery, was pleasantly cool and livable. The outdoor parking is also very convenient. The location is also an excellent base for visiting the entire Syracuse area, from the beaches to the main towns in the area. A special thanks to Alessandra, who was always very kind, helpful, and present without ever being intrusive. We had a really good time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended! 🌿❤️

Clean and spacious room with new furnishings. Comfortable and well-equipped outdoor garden. Very attentive and welcoming owner. Typical and abundant breakfasts. Recommended.

Structure as shown in the photos. The room is comfortable for 4 people and has a nice terrace where you can have breakfast every morning. The bathroom is a bit small but functional. The breakfast is abundant and can also be used for lunch given the daily sweet and savory options. Highly recommended with a small additional cost, but it is worth it! The structure is located near the beach of Fontane Bianche, about 300 meters away and is also convenient to reach on foot. A shout-out to Ms. Alessandra, the owner of the structure, who was very available and present throughout the duration of our stay. We were 2 adults and 2 girls from June 23 to June 26. We had a very good time. It will definitely be our reference point in the Syracuse area.
