Our arrival was impeccable: the apartment was spotlessly clean and well organized. The basic equipment in the kitchen, including plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, moka pots and pans, was complete. All essential appliances, such as refrigerator, washing machine and air conditioner, worked smoothly, and we found clean towels and sheets at our disposal. I stayed here with my husband and two children. It is good to specify that this is not a luxury property, but its strength lies in efficiency and courtesy. The philosophy is simple: if something is missing, just ask. And in fact, troubleshooting was quick and efficient; the two drawbacks we found were handled and resolved in a short time. The staff, always courteous and helpful. The property offers considerable convenience thanks to the direct management of a kiosk/restaurant on the beach and an area with umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, where we could also enjoy a great pizza at reasonable prices. Another highlight is the residence bar with its in-house pastry shop and ice cream parlour. Having breakfast every morning with fresh and delicious products was a real pleasure. For your information, we note that the accommodation is not directly facing the sea, unlike some presentation photos might suggest but still within walking distance. A small suggestion I would like to make concerns the indoor terrace of the bar, which could benefit from greater care and attention. A small intervention in this area would make the overall experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families

I do not understand the positive reviews, about my negative experience, unqualified staff and I must say very grumpy x regarding the room bad cleaning with air conditioners that after two minutes start spraying water even if I stayed at Gardaland, dirty sheets stained I do not know what.... Not really a redo.

I booked a room, from the photos and description I expected much more! The hotel is not beachfront as described and the cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired... the sheets were wrinkled, everything was missing in the kitchenette: there were no glasses, napkins, not even a bottle of water. The TV had a broken antenna cable, so it wasn't working, the clothes drying rack on the balcony is rusty... there was no shower mat in the bathroom... for breakfast we had a granita served with glasses that were dripping on all sides as they do not have a coaster plate...etc etc
